🟢 Self-managed — You manage your own NDIS funds and pay providers directly. You can choose any registered or unregistered provider, including Continuum.

🟡 Plan-managed — A plan manager handles your invoices and payments. You have flexibility to choose providers, including Continuum.

🔵 NDIA-managed (Agency-managed) — The NDIA pays providers directly. This requires NDIS-registered providers. Continuum is not yet registered, so we cannot bill your plan directly — but you can still access our services privately. Select this option and we'll explain your options when we contact you.
