✅ Continuum Health Group Pty Ltd is a registered NDIS provider (Registration ID 4-M39ECWP) for Therapeutic Supports, which covers our psychology and dietetics for participants aged 18 and over. Oral health consultations are private pay and are not funded by the NDIS.

Where things stand right now: NDIS funded psychology and dietetics are both open. We can see agency managed, plan managed and self managed participants.

One thing to know: you are still welcome to access oral health alongside your other care, and we will always tell you what it costs before anything goes ahead.

Not sure which applies to you? Here's a quick guide:

🟢 Self managed: you manage your own NDIS funds and pay providers directly. You can choose any provider, including Continuum.

🟡 Plan managed: a plan manager handles your invoices and payments. You have flexibility to choose providers, including Continuum.

🔵 Agency managed: the NDIA pays providers directly, which requires a registered NDIS provider. Continuum Health Group Pty Ltd is a registered NDIS provider (Registration ID 4-M39ECWP) for Therapeutic Supports, so you can access our NDIS funded psychology and dietetics.
